"NYC and Paris" meet in Sussex County at this "out-of-the-way" Sparta French, where the "exceptional" (and "expensive") fare is matched by a "lovely, spacious" bi-level dining room and a "fantastic" lake setting (not suprisingly, "sitting outside is best"); with a staff that "goes above and beyond" to cater to the clientele, few hold no qualms about calling this "jewel" "superb on all fronts."

"A miracle in the boondocks of northwestern New Jersey", this bi-level "find" has gushers grateful for its "seriously thoughful" French menu that "grabs your attention" and for the "scrumptious food that keeps it", with owners and a staff who "charm" and "classy, understated elegance" of the setting overlooking Seneca lake, this one would be "outstanding anywhere."
